Frequently asked questions

Is CIUF really free?
Yes. The core CIUF library is MIT-licensed and lives on GitHub. You can use it in production, modify it, and ship it in commercial products at no cost — forever. The paid tiers are purely for commercial support, not to gate features.
What counts as a "seat" on the Pro plan?
A seat is one developer on your team who can open priority support requests. There is no per-seat charge for running CIUF in production — you can run as many instances as you like on a single Pro subscription.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Community to Pro at any time, or contact us to move to an Enterprise agreement. There are no lock-in contracts on the Pro plan.
